Life Speech Services is a private practice providing skilled, in-home speech therapy for adults experiencing challenges with swallowing, cognition, and communication following stroke and traumatic brain injury (TBI). We specialize in helping individuals rebuild and strengthen skills impacted by neurological events, with a focus on improving functional communication, cognitive abilities, and overall independence so clients can return to the activities and roles that matter most to them. Life Speech Services also provides personalized caregiver coaching for family members navigating changes in memory, communication, behavior, and safety after a stroke or brain injury. Services are available in person within a 30-minute radius of Lewistown, PA, and throughout Pennsylvania via teletherapy.
